ABOUT THE MISSION:
Robert “Bob” Kobs, Sr., Kaukauna, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at his home at the age of 93. Bob was born on February 12, 1927. He started working at Thilmany’s part-time at 15 while still going to school and began full-time in 1942. He joined the Navy at 17 and served in the SW Pacific from February 1943-1946. Bob married Rosemarie on June 5, 1948 and spent 56 years together until the time of her passing on May 17, 2004. He was a member of the Kaukauna V.F.W. Post 3319 and the Quarter Century Club.
