ABOUT THE MISSION:
Ninety-one year old Robert Joe Garwood served his country honorably in the US Army for four years from February 1948 to February 1952. He served as a Fuel Induction Mechanic and earned the rank of SGT(T). SGT Garwood passed from this earth on 21 May 2020 and the New Mexico PGR has been requested to support honors during his funeral service and interment.

KSU at 0910 for St Francis de Paula Catholic Church, 303 Encino, Tularosa, NM 88352.
Two flag lines will be established at the church (1) from 09:30 to 10:00 and (2) from 10:15 to 10:30.
Following the service we will escort Fairview Cemetery, 1610 Fairview Road, Tularosa, NM 88352.
At the cemetery we will stand a flag line during Military Honors.
The funeral director has requested that we provide the honors if the Army Honor Guard does not provide them.
In order to comply with social distancing we will maintain six foot distance between flags in the flag lines.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
