ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Robert James Glover, 97, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders participate in in his funeral and graveside service .
Our Hero, Veteran Robert James Glover, joined the United States Navy in 1942 following the attack on Pearl Harbor. He was also a survivor of the Port Chicago Disaster in 1944.
The Port Chicago disaster was a deadly munitions explosion that occurred on July 17, 1944, at the Port Chicago Naval Magazine in Port Chicago, California, United States.
