The daughter of Robert J. Stevens has requested the participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in her father’s military honors funeral. Another of our “Greatest Generation” has passed on.

ABOUT THE MISSION:
Robert J. Stevens answered his country’s call to service in World War II. He entered service into the Navy in January, 1945. He rose to the rank of Seaman First Class while serving aboard the USS Denver – a Light Cruiser ship involved in Brunei Bay, Borneo, Balikapan and then onto Okinawa.
He returned home to marry and raise a family. Robert was trained as an electrician and retired after 25 years with I.B.E.W. Union Local #236.
The Patriot Guard Riders will be privileged to be there to render Honor, Dignity and Respect for the life and service of Robert J. Stevens.
