ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders have been honored with a request from the family of Sgt Joey Willhoyt, USMC WoT Veteran, to stand a flag line and then to escort their loved one to his final resting place at the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery (MVC) Springfield and then to stand a flag line while military honors are rendered. Hero Willhoyt served multiple tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He loved motorcycles and rode with a local group called the Mo Town Riders. He was a loving husband, father, brother and son and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Our hero leaves behind a fiancée, his mother and two young daughters, as well as four brothers and a maternal grandmother.
