DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nRobert Hale\, Veteran\nUSA – WWII\nMaryland Heights\, Missouri – 09-14-19\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nThe Patriot Guard Riders have been requested by family to honor WWII hero Robert Hale during his memorial service and following military honors. We will be honored to stand a flag line during his visitation\, for arrival of family and friends\, then a walking escort to the church cemetery for military honors. Veteran Hale\, a member of “The Greatest Generation”\, served in the United States Army during WWII.  Bob was in the 502nd Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division… jumped into Normandy\, Market Garden\, fought at Bastogne and Battle of the Bulge.  Hidden by the Dutch resistance during Market Garden to evade capture\, he safely returned to England then sent to Bastogne.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 09-14-19 \nStaging Time: 09:45 am\n \nZion Lutheran Church\n12075 Dorsett Rd\nMaryland Heights\, Missouri 63043\n\n\nRide Captain: \nNeil “Nitehawk” Hill\nnitehawk.pgr@gmail.com\n314-808-2568\nFlag support:  Michael “Moose” Hanewinkle\n\n\nSpecial Instructions: \n9:45 an – Ride meeting to follow staging\, with a flag line until the 11:00 am memorial service. We will walk escort our hero\, his family and friends\, to the on-site church cemetery following the service.  A mostly sunny day is expected with a high of 86 degrees. It will be important to stay hydrated before and during this mission.
