ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Colonel Gage has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor his exemplary military service in the U.S. Air Force.
Col Gage died 11 December 2016 in a traffic accident near Chattanooga, Tennessee.
He served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force in Security Police and as Chief of Police at three different bases and service in Vietnam and Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm. His many awards and recognition’s include the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal with seven devices, and the Humanitarian Service Medal with one device. Col Gage retired from Scott AFB in 1994.
