ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of SFC Robert Coleman Ballard, US Army, Vietnam War veteran, has asked the PGR to stand a Flag line at his services. SFC Ballard served 2 tours in Vietnam, 28 total years of service. He was awarded the Purple Heart Medal, 2 Bronze Stars and numerous other medals and awards for his service. As an Air Trooper, he made over 200 jumps and represented the US Army in 138 different countries. Most of SFC Ballard’s 28 years of service were in the Explosive Ordinance Division.
