Robert Charles Finch Comment

    On a cool sunny afternoon at the invitation of PFC Robert Charles Finch’s family the PGR stood a flag line for his church service.
    The U.S. Army was present to do Military Honors after taps was played the flag was folded and presented to Mrs. Finch .
    Mrs. Finch was presented the PGR Plaque and the PGR Invocation . As the service ended the Family and friends said thank you for all we did.
    After the family left , at the base of a U.S. Flag in front the church was laying two red carnations and 1 white one . For their Hero .
