ABOUT THE MISSION:
Robert Baude is a United States Air Force veteran. He proudly served his country from 1953 to 1957. Robert’s MOS (Military Occupation Specialty) was 70250 Clerk. In December 1955 Robert was promoted to Airman First Class (E3). Robert’s last duty station was the 1298th Air Transportation Unit at Washington National Airport, Washington, D.C. After completing his four-year obligation Airman First Class Robert Baude was honorably discharged in July 1957. During his service to our country, Robert was awarded the Good Conduct Medal; National Defense Service Medal. It is our honor to stand in silent reverence as we show respect and gratitude to this hero for his sacrifices made for this nation.

Although all prior statewide mandates have been lifted at staging locations, all members must still adhere to the following:*All members are required to carry a face mask/cloth covering at all times during the mission. There are still partners (funeral homes, cemeteries, churches) that may require masks to be worn as well as social distancing. Some families may also request masks/face coverings be worn. We will always respect their wishes.*If you wish to wear a face mask at a mission, you are free to do so.*If you feel ill or have a temperature, please stay home until you improve.*Flag support can begin with the normal procedure of water and snacks for members. While disinfecting the poles is always a good idea, it is no longer required.
