The family of Lt Col Lombard has requested the Patriot Guard Riders, to stand a flag line at their loved ones service, where he will be laid to rest. Lt Col Lombard served over twenty years in the USAF, upon completion of service, received an honorable discharge. Awards and Medals, Meritorious Service Medal W/ 2 Oak Leaf Clusters, Air Force Commendation Medal W/1 Oak Leaf Cluster,Distinguished Presidential Unit Citation, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award W/ V Device and 1 Oak Leaf Cluster,National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Air Force Overseas Medal And Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon W/ 4 Oak Leaf Clusters. This hero served our great nation and us. This is our turn to stand for this hero. Please bring your 3×5 American flags and stand for this hero.

It is my honor and privilege to stand with and for those who dared stand where many feared to tread. Your loss is immeasurable but it will mark again the strength and fortitude of the families who raised and supported our heroes, our disciplined, our courageous, among whom you are included.
