DESCRIPTION:“Ride of Pride”\n\nMULTI-CITY\, North Carolina – 19 May 2017\n\n\n\n[HR][/HR]\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nEach year\, Freight-liner designs and builds a truck\, sometimes more\, to  honor our heroes and then different trucking companies bid on purchasing  this truck. It is then taken to Rolling Thunder in Washington\, DC each  Memorial Day weekend to participate in the “Run For The Wall”. \nThe  Patriot Guard has been honored to be invited to escort this truck for  the past 9 or 10 years We will be setting it up for display at several  locations to honor our veterans and active duty military during Military  Appreciation Month (May). \nNOTE: Anyone who is unable to make the entire HOTH escort mission may  join in or leave at any of the 5 display locations. \nYou MUST attend the  ride briefing prior to your participation. \nCages and non-PGR members are  welcome and allowed to attend and take part in the escort and displays. \nPictures of the Ride of Pride and the flag line are allowed at each of  the 5 display locations. \nFuel will be available at several locations. \nDue to the time constraints pictures will not be taken at the initial  staging location. \nWe will try to work with LEO to obtain escorts while  in route.
