Mullins of Clinton passed away on 6/17/2019 after a lengthy illness. Those of you in the Clinton area would remember that Ricky and his wife have ridden with the PGR on several missions and parades in this area. This guy had a smile that would light up the room. His wife\, Tammy\, has asked the PGR to help pay tribute to her hero and it will be our honor to do so.
