ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Richard William Nebel, age 87, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in silent honor of his service to our country. Richard entered the U.S. Army where he served at Fort Sill, OK during the Korean War and earned the rank of Specialist Fourth Class. Richard was an active member in the community and belonged to many organizations.
