The family of Richard Theodore Ramsey has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to attend the Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.
Richard Theodore Ramsey, United States Air Force Airman First Class 1957 to 1966. He served as a Crypto Radio Engineer and had top secret clearance while serving in the Vietnam War. After he left the Air Force he attended the Don Martin School of Radio and Television and obtained a first class FCC license. He also participated in the arts at several local theaters. He also attained a degree in Music and editing and had his own studio.
Richard leaves behind his Wife Claynette of 44 years, three daughters, two sisters, one brother and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Richard’s hobbies were Percussion instruments especially the congas and hand instruments.
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Air Force Hero. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church services to his final resting place. Please see the timetable if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
