ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Staff Sargent Richard “Rickey” Dwayne Oliver, 54, Tennessee National Guard, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Winchester TN has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to Honor their loved one with a silent flagline and escort to his final place of rest. It will be our honor to do so. Mr. Oliver, 09/15/1965 to 2/28/2020, served his country during the Iraq War. He joined the service out of high school, served for a time before retiring, but felt a calling to rejoin. He also loved spending time with his dogs. He spent a lot of time with his newly born grandson. Mr. Oliver stood for us and now it is our time to stand for him.
