Our great State of Kentucky and the people of Hickman have lost another Veteran Hero, Specialist Fourth Class Richard Moore, 67 passed on March 12th at the age of 67. SP4 Moore proudly served in the United States Army for two years serving during Vietnam. The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to honor SP4 Moore and the services rendered to our great nation and the Patriot Guard Riders will be honored to do so.
