All specific details and updates have been sent to members directly via their e-mail address on file. \nMembers:\nThe family of Richard Paul Kelly has requested the participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in his military honors funeral. \nWHEN / WHERE:\nMonday\, June 20th\nStage flag line at funeral home for arrival of family and friends.\nAlbany\, NY\nFlag line for dignified transfer. \nThe Parish of Mater Christi\nAlbany\, NY\nFlag line for dignified transfer \nSt. Agnes Cemetery\nMenands\, NY\nFlag line for dignified transfer and at graveside for military honors. \nABOUT THE MISSION:\nRichard P. Kelly served his country while in two branches of the services – US Army from 1956 to 1958 then again in the US Marine Corps from 1958 to 1964. He served overseas in Korea and was a veteran of the Vietnam conflict.  After discharge from the Marine Corps he became a US Capital Police Officer in Washington D.C. \nRichard joined W.W. Granger\, Inc. as a Sales Executive and retired there after 20 yrs.  He then became Head of economic Development for the City of Albany.  He later served as a Peace Officer for the New York State Racing Authority and an Instructor at the Job Corps of Glenmont\, NY.  He was also a member of the American Legion. \nThe Patriot Guard Riders will be privileged to be there to render Honor\, Dignity and Respect for the life and service of Richard P.
