Petty Officer Potvin honorably served in the United States Navy on active duty from Dec 1990 until Aug 1991 and had previously served 11 ½ years in the Naval Reserve. Petty Officer Potvin earned the Southwest Asia Service Medal\, Navy ‘Battle E’ Award\, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon\, and the National Defense Service Medal.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 06-10-19 \nStaging Time: 7:15 AM\n \nBurger King\n2 S.
