Meredith Jr. has requested that we stand in silent honor during his celebration of life and committal on Tuesday 27 August.  Richard served in the 173rd Airborne division from 1968-1970.  He was sent to Vietnam where he served on the front lines as part of a 4-man stag team.  Richard is the recipient of the Bronze Star\, the Purple Heart\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Army Commendation Medal\, Combat Action Badge\, and Marksman Badge.   We will stand to honor Richard at his celebration of life at Zimmerman Auer Funeral Home.  After the service we will escort Richard to IGNC where we will stand in silent honor of his service to this Nation.\nSPC4 Richard M.
