ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Richard Leroy “Rick” Fryer, retired police officer, has asked the PGR to stand in honor of their fallen Hero. Richard Fryer was born January 6, 1949 and passed from this life June 15, 2019. Richard Fryer started his law enforcement career in 1982 and was still a reserve officer at his passing. He was a policeman in Walters and Fredrick, Okla. He also had worked with the OSBI. He attended law enforcement schools in Lawton and Oklahoma City, Okla. Service will be graveside only at the Walters, Okla. Cemetery at 2pm.
