Richard Fryer was born January 6\, 1949 and passed from this life June 15\, 2019. Richard Fryer started his law enforcement career in 1982 and was still a reserve officer at his passing. He was a policeman in Walters and Fredrick\, Okla. He also had worked with the OSBI. He attended law enforcement schools in Lawton and Oklahoma City\, Okla.
