ABOUT THE MISSION:
The PGR and riding community has been requested to attend military honors for Richard Jimenez at the Southern AZ Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sierra Vista, AZ. After the bombing at Pearl Harbor Richard joined the US Navy. After boot camp he was assigned to a light cruiser but was soon transferred to the 1st Marine Division. He was in the first landing on Guadalcanal and engaged in some of the worst battles of the South Pacific.
