Cline Sr.\nUSA\, USAR – Vietnam\nSt. Charles\, Missouri – 07-15-19\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nThe Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to honor a revered member of the United States Military. The family of Richard C. Cline Sr. has invited us to stand a flag line of honor and respect.  It will be our privilege to do so. We will then escort their loved one to his final resting place in the Hallowed Grounds of Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for his final military honors.  Hero Cline served in the United States Army from October 1967 to October 1969\, and the Army Reserves until October 1973.  He earned the rank of SP4(T) and was an Equipment Store Specialist\, attached to the US Army Personnel Center in Oakland California.  SP4(T) Cline was awarded the National Defense Service Medal\, the Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
