LTC Richard Allen Carl began his military July 1961 and retired 30 years later. LTC Richard Allen Carl was a Supply MGT Officer. His last duty station was Fort Sill\, Okla. LTC Carl received the following medals and ribbons: National Defense Service Medal\, Bronze Star\, Vietnam Campaign Medal\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Distinguished Unit Citation\, Good Conduct Medal( 2nd award)\, Army Commendation Medal\, Parachutist Badge\, Senior Parachutist Badge\, 2 Overseas Service Bars. Services will Tuesday\, June 25\, 2019\, at Trinity Assy. of God Church at 1100 hrs. in Lawton\, Okla. Interment will be at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin\, Okla.. at 1300hrs.
