ABOUT THE MISSION:
Ms. Reva Gornbein will be turning 100 years old on Thursday, September 10, 2020. She served during World War II and was one of the last women to join as a member of the WAAC on 6 August 1943. She was assigned to the 82nd Airborne and the 75th Infantry Division. In Germany she was assigned as the Office Manager of the Judge Advocate Section which was responsible for the court-martial of U.S. servicemen in Germany. At her request she was sent to Dachau concentration camp to retrieve Hitler’s former secretary, a Prisoner of War. We plan a drive by and appropriate presentation to her.

We will stage at the Wrightsville Beach Police Department and wait for their escort to the destination for the drive-by. We plan KSU around 10:45 am. Once at the apartment complex our honoree will be present for the drive-by. The RC will dismount and make the presentation to our honoree of an American flag, Certificate and Patriot Guard Riders coin.

Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
