ABOUT THE MISSION:
Sgt Raymond O’Brien Thomas served in the United States Marine Corps from Oct 1965 to Oct 1968 and was 73 years of age when he passed. He earned the following awards during his service: National Defense Service Medal, Purple Heart, Vietnamese Service Medal (with 2 stars), Vietnamese Campaign Medal (with device), Good Conduct Medal, and Rifle Marksman Badge. Services will be at Little Flower Catholic Church, 6495 Lillian Hwy., Pensacola, FL, at 1:00 PM. Honors will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery, at 2:30 PM. LEO escort will be provided.

Special Instructions:

Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT Approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will always be worn while riding aboard the base.
1:15 PM – Briefing for all riders
1:30 PM – KSU to Little Flower Catholic Church, 6495 Lillian Hwy., Pensacola
2:00 PM – Roll Time to Barrancas National Cemetery
2:30 PM – Honors at Barrancas National Cemetery, Site B
