DESCRIPTION:The family of Raymond Mika has invited the Patriot Guard to stand a flag line in honor of his life and service to our country. \nRaymond\, age 89\, passed away on 23 April 2016.  He served with the US Marines during WWII and the US Army during the Korean War.  He also served on Iwo Jima. \nPlease come out and stand in silent tribute to Honor Raymond’s life and service to our country. \n10:15 am – Stage Lane A (along fence on 34th Ave S) at Ft Snelling National Cemetery\n10:45 am – Brief\n11:15 am- Interment \nEstimated release: 12:00 pm \nDismissal at RCIC’s discretion. \nThis is a rain\, or shine mission. Please bring your 3 x 5 American Flag and anything else you may need for the duration of this mission. \n“VA regulations 38 CFR 1.218 prohibit the carrying of firearms (either openly or concealed)\, explosives or other dangerous or deadly weapons while on VA property\, except for official purposes\, such as a military funeral honors. Possession of firearms on any property under the charge and control of VA is prohibited.
