DESCRIPTION:The family of Raymond Markwalter has asked the Patriot Guard to stand in honor of his life and his service to this nation. We are pleased to do so. \nRay was a proud member of the United States Navy from 1963-1966\, and truly loved his country. Following his honorable military service\, Ray eventually became a very popular math professor and retired from Georgia Military College in Milledgeville. Ray and I were childhood friends in Macon and remained in contact over the years. \nWe will stand a flag line of honor for the 12:30 PM visitation at the funeral home. Following visitation\, we will stage at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Milledgeville.
