Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders, we have been requested to stand for [FONT="]Raymond H. Porter, age 91.
Raymond served in WWII, from January 1943 to February 1946 as a radio operator attached to the 1st Radio Squadron Mobile unit. He was honorably discharged at the rank of SSgt. and was awarded the Philippine Liberation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and Sharpshooter Badge (carbine). He was very active in the Longview WA VFW in many capacities.
