It is a most distinct honor and a privilege for the Patriot Guard Riders, at the family’s request, to escort United States Navy veteran Raymond Fogg, 81, to his final resting place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full military honors. Veteran Fogg proudly served in the US Navy from 1955 to late 1959. Veteran Fogg served as a Naval Rescue Airman out of Norfolk VA. During his Navy service veteran Fogg attained the rank of AN.
