ABOUT THE MISSION:

TSgt Bartlett retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years and 21 days. He was awarded the Air Force Good Conduct Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Air Force Longevity Service Award with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, and the National Defense Service Medal.

After the mission briefing, honor bikes will move to the staging lanes to await the arrival of TSgt Bartlett and his family and friends. All other Riders will move to the appropriate shelter, set the flags, and prepare for the arrival of the procession. We’ll then stand tall and silent in honor of TSgt Bartlett’s service and in support of his family. At the conclusion of the Service, flags will be returned to storage and the Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.
