DESCRIPTION:The family of Rayburn Foster has invited the PGR to be present at his services on Monday 25 July 2016. \nService is graveside only at 1000\, Resthaven Memorial Gardens 500 SW 104th in Oklahoma City\, OK. \nStaging: 0900 – Resthaven Memorial Gardens\, Corner of SW 104th and Walker in OKC\, OK. \nBriefing: 0910 – Mandatory Briefing. \nKSU: Immediately after the PGR briefing. We will move to the grave site to prepare for Cpl. Foster’s arrival. \nNO ESCORT. At family request\, we will be present only at the grave site. They prefer a small private ceremony but felt compelled to invite the PGR to honor “RT”. \nUSMC Honor Guard will present military honors. \nRayburn Foster is well known as “RT” Foster and recognized the artwork he has created. \nRT served as a US Marine Cpl.
