Mission Complete: USN Veteran ADJ1 Randall R.Silver
On Monday September 18 2019 there were 10 Patriot Guard Riders on 9 bikes and in 1 cage who attended the mission to Honor the Military service of USN Veteran ADJ1 Randall R. Silver
at the Goodrich Methodist Church 200 W Hayes St. in Norman, OK.
The front of the church was staked with The American Flag and the Navy Service Flag that proudly waived in the breeze waiting for the Family and Friends to arrive.
The briefing was held, followed by a moment of silence for the Blue, Silver and Gold Star families, POW’s and MIA’s. A prayer asking for comfort for the grieving family, a safe mission, and for protection for our military personnel still engaged in the Global War on Terror was also said.
The PGR stood the Flag Line as family and friends arrived for his service.
When the service started riders gathered and stowed the Flags in the Flag vehicle.
The Military preformed Taps and folded 1 Flag and presented to the surviving spouse. Then Pgr riders made our presentations and exited
Thank you to all of my fellow Patriot Guard Riders for attending this mission,Your presence made a difference to this family. Most of all Thank you to ADJ1 Randall R. Silver for your service to this great Nation. Rest in Peace solider,Your mission is complete and you will not be forgotten.
