ABOUT THE MISSION:
Ralph Knight joined the US Navy in 1947. He served as a corpsman during the Korean War assigned to the 1st Marine Div. which was first to land at Inchon. After Korea he returned home and started a family along with a long career with Louisiana Power and Light Company where he retired. Well known throughout the Bastrop area as a quiet man who loved God and his family. He was an accomplished carpenter and was dearly devoted to his grandchildren. His family requested the Patriot Guard honor him. We will proudly do so.

Flags will be posted. We will stand until funeral time at 2pm, then a brief rider meeting and escort to Memorial Park cemetery ( 5 mile escort) for his interment. Weather is going to be sunny and cool. Bikes will be needed.

Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
