All specific details and updates have been sent to members directly via their e-mail address on file. \nFellow PGR Members: \nWe have been requested to stand in Honor of the Naval Service of Ralph G. Kugler\, who passed away on January 23rd.\n\nWhen/Where:\nSaturday\, July 2\, 2016\nLockport\, NY\n\nMission Narrative:\n\nMr. Kugler served from 1965-1969 during the Vietnam War\, and was stationed aboard the USS Ranger (CVA 61)\, a Forrestal-class supercarrier.  The USS Ranger earned 13 battle stars during the Vietnam War.  MM3 Kugler served aboard that ship for over 3-1/2 years\, and was Honorably Discharged on 27 June 1969. \nFor his Service to our Nation\, MM3 Kugler was awarded:  National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal; Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal;  Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal; Meritorious Unit Commendation Ribbon; Navy Unit Commendation Ribbon. \nThis is a very short Mission.  Please do whatever you are able to help us Honor the Naval Vietnam Service of Mr. Kugler\, and to support his loving family. \nPlease arrive on time with a clean 3×5 American Flag or a US Navy Flag.
