Ralph Benjamin Carney honorably served in the United States Army from March 22, 1957 until March 2, 1959. Most of his service time was in Hawaii.

PGR will stage at the church and participate in a briefing. We will then stand the flag line as family and friends arrive. Once the service starts at 11:00 am, we will return flags to the support vehicle. After the post mission briefing, we will be dismissed. A burial service will take place at a later date.
