ABOUT THE MISSION:
Rafael J. Faucher was a United States Air Force veteran. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1983 to 2007. After basic military training, MSgt Faucher received training as a Security Forces Airman. A lot of his career was as a Combat Arms specialist. He served in Korea and at Spangdahlen Air Base Germany. MSgt Faucher was released from active duty and honorably discharged in August 2007.While in the service of his country he received the following awards and decorations: Air Force Commendation Medal with 4 oak leaf clusters, Air Force Achievement Medal, AF Outstanding Unit Award with 6 oak leak clusters, AF Good Conduct Medal with 6 oak leaf clusters, National Defense Service Medal with 1 service star, Global War On Terror Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, AF Overseas Ribbon (Long tour) AF Overseas Ribbon (Short tour), AF Longevity Service with 4 oak leaf clusters, USAF NCO PME Graduate Ribbon with 1 oak leaf cluster, Air force Training Ribbon.

This has been a very tough year without you brother. We all miss you very much. I know you are up in heaven watching over us and telling yourself I gotta remember to give her a hard time about that. ☺ I know you’re still up there making jokes! We will see you again and until then take care of mom and dad for us. ❤ Love you brother!
