We will then be briefed on the mission and then stand  the flag line as family and friends arrive for Mr. Foster’s funeral  service. It  will be here where four honor bikes will be selected. After the  briefing\, we will proceed to the shelter to establish a flag line and  await the arrival of Mr. Foster\, family and friends.
