USA – WWII
Saint Charles, Missouri – 12-05-19
ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Phillip J. Stehr, 92, has requested the Patriot Guard to stand a tall and silent flag line honoring their Loved One and Hero and to escort him to his final resting place. TEC 5 Stehr proudly served in the United States Army 1946 – 1948 during World War II. He was awarded the World War II Victory Medal and the Army of Occupation Medal (Japan). A devoted family man, Mr, Stehr loved doing things with his family [3 children 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren] and traveling with his wife in their RV throughout the United States and Canada. He especially liked conversing with all the people they met in their travels. He is well-loved and will be greatly missed. It is a distinct honor to stand for this Hero, a member of the Greatest Generation.
