ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by Twin Rocks VFW, to stand in silent honor for a Bridge Dedication, on Plank Road bridge over the south branch of Blacklick Creek in Blacklick Township that will be renamed the Private First Class Steven L. Klosz Memorial Bridge. PFC Steven L. Klosz served our country in the U.S Army during World War II and was killed in action on the 11th of September of 1943, during Operation Avalanche, an attempt to secure the beaches of Salerno, Italy. PFC Steven L. Klosz was awarded the Purple Heart, American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal. Private First Class Steven L. Klosz served our country with honor, it’s now our turn to honor him.

Dedication Ceremony: 11:00 AM, Members can attend all of a mission or any part of the mission. PGR sets no time for a member to stand a mission. We Thank you for whatever time you give us and the families of our heroes appreciate your time. Please be aware and alert of your surroundings. Also before heading out, please watch the weather and dress accordingly.
