We have been requested to stand in Honor of another Veteran of World War II. Peter Ziccardi passed away on July 13th.
Army Corporal Ziccardi served from 1942-1946, including 21 months of foreign service. His MOS was 607 – Mortar NCO. He served with the 98th Cavalry Reconnaissance Troop in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater, and was Honorably Discharged on 1 February 1946.
For his Service to our Nation, Peter Ziccardi was awarded: Army Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WW-II Victory Medal.
