The family of Air Controller Petty Officer 3rd Class Peter Roy DeRum, age 73, requested that we stand tall and silent in a flag line of respect and honor prior to the services for their loved one. It will be our privilege and honor to do so.
AC3 DeRum spent his career as a baker, first, in a family owned business, then local grocery chains and finally the last 10 years as a Master Baker for Companion Bakery in St. Louis.
He leaves behind his wife, his children, their spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as a long list of other family and friends.
During his service to our country Hero DeRum served at the United States Naval Auxiliary Air Station, New Iberia, Louisiana.
