Upon completion of his service\, Paul received an Honorable Discharge. During his time in service\, he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal\, Distinguished Unit Badge\, European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal w/4 Bronze Stars & 1 Bronze Arrowhead\, and the World War II Victory Medal.
