The family of Major Paul O. Aust (USA Ret) has requested that the Patriot Guard Riders stand to honor their loved ones service to our country. It is our honor to do so. MAJ Aust passed away on 5 July, 2019 in Columbus, GA. He was 55 years old, Maj. Aust was an ROTC graduate of Iowa State University and retired from the Army in 2006. Maj. Aust believed in giving back to his community and was extremely active in many civic and service organizations to include the American Legion, Knights of Columbus, Disabled American Veterans. Community Warriors, Big Brothers Big Sisters and others. Maj Aust stood for us and now it is time to stand for him.
