Mission Complete-18 September 2019, Flags were staked prior to staging at the Locus Grove Funeral Home the PGR assembled to honor the service of this USN Veteran, the briefing held and the entrance door was manned as friends and family arrived to the service of the Hero. When the service started flags were stored and 1 PGR left and staked them at New Home Cemetery, Pegs Ok. at the close of the service a respect line formed as the Hero was moved to the coach. Thanks to the Locust Grove P.D. for the escort out of Locust Grove, the accompaniment to New Home Cemetery was orderly, where we were greeted by the Grove Veterans Honor Team. Respect line was formed as the Hero was moved from the coach to the committal shelter for final interment. Short service was conducted by the pastor, the Grove Veterans Honor Team fired a volley of three, played TAPS and the Flag was folded and presented to the Hero’s daughter. PGR went forward thanked the family read and presented the Plaque’s and Invocation’s to the Heros 5 daughters, thanks to all that attended and for the support on this Mission, most of all thanks MM2 Paul Littlefield for your distinguished service to this nation, we will remember.
