Paul E. Richards\, age 75\, of Holts Summit\, MO.\, passed away Tuesday\, March 23\, 2021 at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia\, MO.\nPaul was born in Shelbina\, MO and attended Shelbina schools.  In 1962\, at the age of 17\, he enlisted in the United States Army during the Vietnam War era.\nAlthough the Korean War had just ended\, Paul spent time in Korea and he was honorably discharged in 1964\, but he then served in the United States Army Reserves until 1968.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 03-31-21 \nStaging Time: 8:30 AM \nBibb-Veach Funeral Home\n606 W.
