During his military service he was in  the Navy during the Cuban Crisis and the Army in Vietnam. Also\, Chief  Sully was a member of the Kansas City\, Kansas Police Department and was  the Sheriff of Wyandotte County.[/FONT]\n[FONT=&amp]\nServices for CWO-4 Sully will be tomorrow\, 23 September 2014 at Open Door Baptist Church\, 3033 N. 103rd  Terrace\, Kansas City\, Kansas followed by escort and interment will be  at Leavenworth National Cemetery (VA).
