ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Sgt Velez, 90, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders presence as they show their final respects and lay their loved one to rest. Onil faithfully served his Country in the U.S. Army and performed duties as a Lt Weapons Infantryman. Upon completion of his service, Onil received an Honorable Discharge and during his time in service, awarded the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and is the recipient of the Congressional Gold Medal. Please bring your 3 X 5 American flags and stand in honor and respect for our hero and his family.
