ABOUT THE MISSION:

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders:Our presence has been requested to stand and honor another of our Nation’s Heroes.We have been invited by the family of CDR Oliver G. Everette, to assist with the providing of Full Military Honors. CDR Everette served for 26 years in the United States Navy. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, The Navy Unit Commendation, the Navy Unit Commendation Medal with Gold Star, the Navy Achievement Medal, the Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation, the Navy Expeditionary Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal with Bronze Star, the SSBN Deterrent Patrol insignia with 2 Gold Stars, and the Meritorious Service Medal. The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to assist the American Legion Riders of American Legion Post 29 Port Angeles, Washington. We will do so by supporting their flag line.

10:00am – KSU for the Ceremony Location
10:30am – Flag Line in place to greet the arriving Family and Guests
11:00am – Ceremony starts
12:00pm – Ceremony concludes
Weather forecast is for temps in the lower 70’s with a 10% chance of showers.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.
